Found toilet roll with blood staines ! Wont be staying here ever again and management wont compensate or take full responsibility

Hilton Watford a warm welcome.

It was nice to be greeted at the Disabled Access ramp and directed to reception. Room was nice and of a standard expected for the price we paid.

Most enjoyable stay

A warm welcome and easy check-in. Comfortable twin room with everything you might need. The bar staff were equally friendly, and small plates we ordered for supper were as good as you would want.

Staff were extremely rude Tried charging me for food and breakfast which we didn’t have Didn’t apologise for any of it Ended up leaving a day early as staff were just awful Bad customer service don’t recommend
