Staff were excellent! Especially Mathew in the breakfast room!! What a glorious soul!! However when we checked in Christmas night at 11pm our room was freezing!! Window and curtains open cold air blasting in!!! Staff dealt well with situation! Brought us a radiator! Gave us toothbrushes and toothpaste as we had forgotten ours! Shampoo and body wash container empty!! But we stayed last year Christmas night and will prob stay next year again!! Merry crimbo all!!

Nice hotel. Friendly staff and super clean and comfortable room. Had a double plus single bed room. Good breakfast. Well located for the station and town centre. We were doing the Harry Potter tour for which it's ideal.
