Posted Feb. 16, 2024 on HotelsGood stay, always is, this was my 4th stay with them. The hotel is very well located. The service is poor, with the exception of the breakfast team. I dont believe the other parts of the hotel reflect 4star service.

We were on the curved side of the hotel
( ring rd side) and the window didn’t seal correctly so we had a touch of traffic noise!
Perhaps next time we will ask for the Clarendon rd side.
This was a minor point as everything else was spot on.
Staff were very helpful and breakfast was excellent. We will stay here again.

Nice hotel.
