The hostess at the front desk, Becky, was absolutely wonderful, she was so generous and went above and beyond her job to help accommodate us. She was wonderful!

Best place to stay in Waverly!!

Nonfunctional!
Publié le 2 oct. 2023 sur HotelsBad time for a back injury. Checked in and the elevator was out of service. Had to carry up three floors...Asked front desk girl to assist. I couldnt hardly lift bags let alone carry to third floor via stairs. Was told that I could not have the first floor room because I booked through expedia...Asked for additional pillows and they never came before falling asleep. Had to ask again the next day.

You did not get the first floor due to it was full. We can not give you a room we do not have. I do apologies our elevator is out of service for repairs, that is out of our control. When you ask for extra pillows we do give them to you. All you had to do was wait for them to go get them and they would have handed them to you.
