Waynesvilla 5
Villa 5 is or take on the modern look of today. With it open concept of kitchen and living room area that flows out onto your own private porch you will feel right at home. We are minutes from down town Waynesville and close to the smoky mountain parkway where you can enjoy hours of hiking.
Waynesville 5 was nice and close to downtown. Convenient to dining. The bed was comfortable and great water pressure for showers. There was a lot of cob webs and a random extra table that sat in the way. There was A coffee maker with coffee filters available but no coffee so glad we brought ground coffee with us. The bathroom door frame had completely rotted out from moisture damage. Overall it was comfortable and served the purpose for our stay but didnât overly impress us.
Cute little quiet multiplex off a busy road (no walkability).Clean with comfortable bedding, but the furniture in the pictures looks a lot more comfortable for tv watching than the furniture in our unit actually was. Bare bones coffee/water/creamer situation. Cute little uptown, lots of restaurant choices. Nice walks around the lake.
We have stayed here before but it seems like the villa has gone slightly downhill since we last stayed. Toilet seat was not aligned correctly and I was scared to sit on it, mini split wasnât working so there was a small window unit. Location is perfect and bed is extremely comfortable. I slept like I was at home.
My stay here could not have been more perfect. It was close proximity for things I was here to do and there was a couple of good restaurants right across the street. The only negative things I could think of which were not a big deal would be possibly get wider curtains for the sliding glass door because even with the curtains closed they still had a crack and maybe a book with how to use the remotes for the heat/air unit, TV (for people who might be slightly challenged when it comes to technology) and maybe some local favorite things to do and places to eat. Neither of these things were a problem for me and I would totally stay here again.
Its was ok overall. I understand that the property is pet friendly but we found a decent amount of pet hairs in the bed what was very uncomfortable to use the bed. Other than that it was good.
Place was nice and quaint! No complaints! I would recommend a guide that stays in home for general knowledge, eg; the area to how to work heat/cool systems, eateryâs, things to do etc. And thereâs not the seating as in pic. Highly recommend a small tv in bedroom tooWould for sure stay again as long as price didnât go up. It was also fitting.
This was perfect for the wife and I for a quick getaway. We will definitely be staying here again. We love the Maggie Valley/Waynesville area and this property is well located to get to both!
This small apartment was perfect for my wife and I to stay in for a short visit. Very clean and close to everything in Waynesville. Host was very responsive to questions.
Location was close to everything including access to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Genevieve quickly responded to any request I had including changing out an uncomfortable sofa. Family lives on site so I felt very safe.
It was exactly what I needed and a very clean and comfortable setting. It was convenient to everything that I did and I especially appreciate the delayed check out time since weather issues kept me from getting there sooner!
This place is small but cozy and perfect for just you and your partner. The bathroom is nice. Bed is comfortable. Small back and front porches. Kitchen is fully stocked so you can cook. We didn't use the stove or microwave but I assume it works. Everything was fairly clean. Quiet place. Very close to restaurants and downtown waynesville. Overall, Iâd definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
Well our first night we stayed in five and loved it everything about it but we had to move to 6 our second night and not as much a fan, but it is still very nice and cute! Just no air in the bedroom so itâs hot
There are some really great aspects to this placeâitâs redone and quite cute, convenient to downtown and other places, comfortable bed and glorious shower, great space to work, nice size, and the owner was very responsive and nice. The feel is a little like an old time camp ground but the villa is very nice with a little deck. While on a busy road, it was private and not noisy.
While itâs technically close enough to walk to downtown and shops/restaurants, I did not feel comfortable doing so on foot. The neighborhood felt safe but there were not other pedestrians. Also, there were several places that needed cleaning attention like massive cobwebs in a lampshade, a spot in the bathroom that was not clean, cobwebs in various places, and the lower shelf on the glass coffee table had not been dusted and you could see dog hairs.
Also, there was a major water line project I. The property and I almost got trapped and unable to get out. It would have been great if owner would have communicated what was going on.
