Perfect Wellington spot

The staff were fantastic and took care of our every request. The hotel has an awesome art deco style and the rooms are really nice and spacious.

We loved this hotel. It is an older building but has modern amenities and a very helpful staff. It was one of those hotels where it just feels nice to be there. There is a good convenience store right across the street and there are good restaurants within 5 minutes walk. We will use this hotel if we are back in Wellington.

This hotel is perfectly located in the central business district. Everything is right there and you really don't need a car. Restaurants and shops are on the same street or within a minute or two walk. The rooms are nice and the staff very friendly. My only complaint was the meal we had at the restaurant. I ordered the gnocchi and it was like soggy small pieces of bread. So just don't order that if you decide to have a dinner at the restaurant. The hotel itself and the location were great. The breakfasts were adequate. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay right in the city. Rooms are quiet and well appointed. Bed and bed ware excellent. Restaurant walkable. Car parking $35 per night and access is ok

A luxurious feel, beautifully appointed in a central, easy acess part of Wellington. The room was very quiet, good security and all of the staff friendly, helpful and smiling! Everything was immaculate and I have no hesitation in recommending the Doubletree Hilton.
