Stayed 2 nights. The staff where friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. Had the room cleaned and serviced after the first night, which was nice to come back after the day out. However a few things for anyone wanting to stay here. The pool facilities are not at the hotel but a 2-3min walk doen the road which is a independent gym facility. The room which i was in was on the 7th floor but was still quite noisy from traffic and construction from next door. The room was clean and tidy, but very dated and tired. The room layout and steps inside the room apartment was just odd, felt a little disppointed, but maybe should done a bit more research before booking.

Parking is a nightmare - very tight spots! Good to have washing machine in the room but dryer is not effective. No pool as advertised on photos at this property. Location is good but you need to get a lift down to the street level across the road.

The staff were very helpful and the rooms clean. The reason why this does not get five stars from me is the lack of double glazing as it can be noisy in the CBD due to construction and refuse collection.

Disappointed

Receptionist was lovely but disappointed. Accomodation gave the impression it had a pool but this was located down the road. We had booked for 4 but there were only 3 forks and glasses. The information in the room said daily room service but during the stay we were informed rooms weren’t serviced on a Sunday. The shampoo was empty. Air conditioner outside room was noisy all night. Needed an upgrade.
