Quelle localisation!

IdĂ©al pour profiter de la region. La maison est Ă©quipĂ©e avec la base, il manquait quelques linges Ă  vaisselles, Ă  mains et tapis de bain , mais le propriĂ©taire a su ĂȘtre rĂ©actif.

Family vacation

We’ve been coming to Maine in the summer for over 40 year with friends and family. This year was our 35th wedding anniversary and we came down with our children and grandchildren to celebrate. The house was perfect for the eight of us. It had everything we needed and it was across the street from the beach.

Tout Ă©tait parfait sauf que les locataires qui nous ont prĂ©cĂ©dĂ© avait un ou plusieurs chiens ou chats contrairement au rĂšglement en vigueur. Cela a eu comme consĂ©quence que malgrĂ© le mĂ©nage il y avait d'innombrables poils partout parterre , sur les divans et lits , comptoir de cuisine et mĂȘme dans le frigo !!! Ça nous a fortement déçu Ă  notre arrivĂ©e.

Our host sent us all necessary information in a timely manner and even allowed us to check in an hour early. The home was beautiful with an open concept and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the coffee station was nice. TheChristmas tree was an added touch that made it so welcoming. The bedrooms were spacious and 2 1/2 bathrooms were perfect. Having the garage was great, especially because it snowed while we were there. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful Sisters getaway! The house was bright and cheerful. We appreciated the stocked spices, plentiful dishes, and enough TP. Our rooms were comfortable. The location was great to cross the street and take early morning walks on the beach, and to enjoy the sunrise. Our only quirk was the lights over the island flickered and lack of shower soap. Overall, we had a relaxing time playing Mexican Train Dominoes, cooking breakfast and dinners, exploring the area and more. Thank you for a fun getaway place to share.

This pet friendly house was very clean and had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and then gather together. It had a peekaboo view of the ocean from the deck and public access to the ocean right across the street.

Space worked well for us. We loved proximity to beach. First floor living area spacious and open, even though furniture was tired. Not so good things: Towels were few in number, small and threadbare. TV with no live TV and no instructions for use of 3 provided remotes. Garage was a great feature since little parking space outside. We found remote door openers on our last day - a book of instructions would be helpful. Basement bathroom toilet did not seem to flush completely. Nice 2nd floor deck - had gas fireplace that looked defective and here were no instructions for use. We had beautiful weather and are familiar with the area, so was a great getaway.

Another wonderful stay in this beautiful house. It was our 5th year and it feels like home away from home. The fire pit on the deck listening to the waves, the ice cream truck jingle twice a day, body surfing and making sand castles, the nearby arcade and shops, Forbes, the Love Shack and Rollover Cafe just a short walk away for great food, Congdon’s for donuts, comfortable beds
just a few of the many memories we leave behind after two weeks each year. Already looking forward to next summer!! Thank you Richard and Tim for addressing anything that comes up!!

Wonderful family trip

My husband and I stayed at this property with our two adult children, their spouses, and our three young grandchildren (5 months, 1.5 years, and 4 years). The property worked out very well for our group. It was very clean when we arrived (a very high priority for me), and we loved the location. The walk to the beach is 1-2 minutes, and it's a short walk for the small commercial area that includes a playground, coffee shops, snack bar, and ice cream (and a couple of stores). I hope to return again!

This was such a lovely home and perfect for my family. The home was well stocked with everything you would need. The location was directly across from the beach access. Beach shops and restaurants were in walking distance. I highly recommend this property.

This was the perfect spot for our annual Memorial Day weekend get away. Grandparents to grandkids were comfortable here. The place was immaculate and well appointed. There were even martini glasses! Cheers to Richard. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful 4 days at the Juggernaut

This is a beautiful, spacious and well equipped home with the best of everything in it. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, including long walks on the sandy beach just across the street. We would love to come again when the weather is warmer.
