Don’t expect respect

Because of the way the person at the front desk spoke to me on the phone, after I had already purchased my stay, I spent another $150 to stay somewhere else. The level of disrespect and his attitude towards me, speaking to me as though I was incompetent because I didn’t know the answer to a question was sickening. I’ll never consider this hotel for business.

Ehhh

The staff were all very nice but our room was soooo dirty. Cobwebs dangling from the ceilings and vents, dead bugs and dust on the tops of the dressers and night stands. The carpet was so dirty your feet were black so definitely bring slippers. Outdated and overall needs a refresh.

Staff was very helpful and caring. We had a trip to the Med Center with a follow up to the Hospital. All was fine but, I can't tell you how caring and concerned and helpful all the staff was!
