This was a beautiful hotel. The staff was amazing and the room was clean and quiet. I will be in Columbia again and I will definitely stay here always. If I had to complain about something. It would be the lack of water pressure and the water wasn’t hot enough. Great stay

Comfortable and relaxing stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ice machine on floor 3 wasnt working, but it seems it was going to be fixed soon. One elevator was out of order the last day, but it wasnt much of an inconvenience
