***Please note very low to ground (think high end sports cars) or large commercial trucks, are not highly advised to park due to nature of gravel road, proceed with caution if parking these type of vehicles.





Other VERY IMPORTANT home notes:



-Please be advised property is highly not suitable for children under 10 (if not older). Various amenities including but not limited to hot tub, infrared spa, and spiral staircase require attentive and responsible use and operation.



-Guests are prohibited from bringing wheeled suitcases, luggage, and / or heavy items to loft. Unless can an item be brought easily by hand, (think backpack, commuter bag, duffel bag) it should be left downstairs. Damage to stairs is costly and range from hundreds to thousands of dollars for misuse.



-Those also with mobility/balance issues, we discourage from using spiral staircase and also hot tub (please refer to a doctor if any doubts).

-Loft temperature can be anywhere between 1-3 degrees warmer than rest of home and typically not as dark as downstairs bedroom (note for guests using both rooms). Fan is provided to accommodate. 



-The home also does not allow pets. Property is not fully fenced. It's also near trees and plants that may be harmful to furry friends if consumed.
