I was willing to overlook the obvious price gouging due to the wrestling tournament as this old, dirty, stained mattress, tiny ass room was definitley not worth $250 per night. However, I cannot let go of the fact that we were told a manager would call us twice, which never happened- and then we were told the manager could not be contacted as she was off. The front desk told us there was nothing she could do since her manager wasn't there. What business in customer service doesn't have a manager available? While we were at the desk, several people checked out with complaints about their rooms such as doors not locking, etc. Apparently, based on other reviews, this is par for the course at this property and the manager Krista has numerous complaints. They need new management asap.

The fire alarm went off three different times 2am 7 am and around 11am !!! It was for two nights and I had to ask for fresh towels which I did receive , but they never made up the beds .

Looks were deceiving. It looked nice online but in reality the room was musky/stinky and dirty. Hair in the beds, stained mattresses/box springs, and just generally dirty. Pool/hot tub looked gross as well and not properly maintained. For the price we paid, very disappointed to get cheap motel vibes.

Have stayed at this location before but hotel is now unkempt. Toilet seat loose, paint chipped, pictures off the wall, hallway carpet coming up. Queen bed we booked turned out to be a full size. Won’t be back

It was an good stay for the price point. I didn't like that i chose this hotel specifically because it said it had a pool and hot tub. Hot tub was out of commission and the water in the pool was colder than usual until the night before we left. Curtain rod broken in the room. Could've been easy fix with screw but neglected. Never stayed at a hotel where i had problems changing the channels on the remote until now. My take is it's a decent hotel but they don't stay on top of maintenance and the amenities they promise their customers. Staff was kinda passive with issues i addressed.

No longer interested in staying here!

The carpets in the hotel are getting dingy. The sheets on the bed are very thin and our room did not have a shower curtain and when we called down for one the ladies could not understand what I was asking for and they finally told me just take a shower let the water go on the floor, and wipe the water up with a towel! I was just flabbergasted by this! When I checked out I mentioned it at the front desk and I guess they told me it was normal because when they take them down to wash them and then they break and they’re $100 to replace them. Why not go to Walmart by a five dollar shower curtain and if it breaks replace it you could get 10 shower curtains for what you pay for one we won’t be back and we’ve been there for several years in a row now for state trap.
