Not sure the last time the carpet was cleaned in our room. Everything else seemed pretty clean. There are things that had been broken ( baseboards in the bathroom, door stopper on bathroom door, paint chipped off the walls) that should be something continuously checked and fixed.

Was in town for a a sporting event. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our room faced the highway, so it was a little noisy at night when trying to sleep. The elevator had some loose tiles on the floor that need to be fixed, but other than that, the stay was very pleasant.

It was very clean and the staff were nice. They gave me toothbrush and toothpaste, since I had forgot mine at home. They also opened up the breakfast bar about 15 minutes early for people who had to leave at 6:00 AM.
