Nice airport hotel

The van driver picking us up was great. When we got to the property the girl working the front desk was the complete opposite. I stood a few moments waiting to be greeted and was never acknowledged. So then I walked towards the desk and she then asked if she could help. She never once smiled, thanked us for our stay, acknowledged or reason for staying, nothing. She said we couldn’t add our Hiltons Rewards number to our account for billing food and other things to our room, we knew we couldn’t get the stay credit, but I’ve never had issues with getting points for food and such we billed to our room. But it was how she made us feel that really turned us off. The room was nice and big and the mattress dry comfortable. And the rest of the hotel staff from the restaurant to the Starbucks area were fantastic, and really made up for the initial first experience.

It was late, the city was buzzing, and most hotels were fully booked. I was exhausted and unsure where I'd end up—but Hilton came through. They found a room for me when others couldn’t, and the staff were genuinely kind and pleasant to speak with, which made all the difference. 🛏️ The room was spotless and comfortable, offering a quiet retreat from the chaos outside. 🍽️ The food was fresh and satisfying—exactly what I needed after a long day. ✨ The overall cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel didn’t go unnoticed. I’m grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely stay again. Sometimes, it’s the little gestures that leave the biggest impression.

As soon as I got to the hotel I was unhappy. I informed the receptionist the I didn't know the hotel was on airport grounds. Online it didn't mention that Hilton palm Beach is apart of the airport. She stated that they are are Hilton Palm Beach PBI. I asked why wouldn't they inform guest if this and if my reservation could be transferred to the other Hilton hotel. She said I could try. I contacted Expedia to transfer but the hotel gave them push back staying there is no cancelation for my 5 night stay. Unbelievable. I got to the room, it was dingy, old, and rusted, The shower had grime everywhere. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. One of the nights due to heavy rain we decided to eat dinner at their restaurant which was Italian. We ordered chicken parm with spaghetti. The chicken came out burnt and tough. The manager came out and said that they can remake it and I refused. I'm not a fan of returning food. The food was horrible even after taking the bread off. The room was not like what is picture. The common area were exactly like pictured. I do not recommend this hotel.

My flight got rescheduled for 5 am the next morning and the 24 hr shuttle service to the airport was fantastic. After a long day of delays at the airport, it was great to just call and have the shuttle pick me up. The room was very nice and the bed extremely comfortable. At 3:30 am I was able to shuttle back to the airport.

The room appeared to be generally clean, but there were stains all over the carpet, stains on the linens, towels, duvet and chair. The bathroom also seemed to have permanent water stains and burns on the countertops. There was little to no info on WiFi and room service. On the positive side, the staff were good, no issues there. The pool and outside area was lovely. While out there I forgot that I was right by the highway which was really pleasant.
