DNR when you complain

The rooms are dirty I saw 3 people complaining 2 actually checked back out. There’s mold. They put me in a room with a broken bed. And when I complained the manager proceeded to put me on the DNR list

Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Hair was in the bed

A bit in the dingy side. Clean room. Property in general needs to be updated. For $125/night it did the job.

Disgrace of an establishment. Tremendous staff making the best out of horrible conditions to work in. Should not be available on Expedia.
