The refrigerator in the room didnt work. The tub drain won't close, so bath. Took 20 minutes to get hot water. No one on the desk at 11:00 to allow check out.

Not expected with Wyndham name.

Room was very dark. No place to plug in phone chargers. Broken ironing board left set up in the room. Towels were very thin. Hair mass was under tub mat. No Kleenex in the room anywhere. Toilet tissue was extremely thin/cheap. Hair dryer could only be used if exhaust fan was on. TV remote was insufficient for tv… had no guide page… each individual channel number had to be selected to find a station. Requested additional pillows at office and was refused. Had to ask for manager to get additional pillows Room cleaner knocked on door at 10:30 check out was at 11.

Though, you room had already included 6 pillows, we decided to accommodate for your request due to the nature your preferred level or comfort. As per the linens, we are required to use Brand approved products for all of our Terry and Linens to avoid potential compliance fees. Moreover, we will push our cleaning team to address your concerns immediately. Once again, your feedback is very important to us and we will address your concerns Accordingly!

A Trip to Hyannis

The owner told me the motel was built in 1959. That was during president Eisenhower's era. It definitely has that late 50's - early 60's Jetsons look. They take pride in keeping the premises clean, still it feels old, not so much for the style but because you can see that if the multiple paint jobs are stripped away then you can see the old rot peeping through the cracks from the underneath. The cleaning staff was assiduously cleaning the place. Not eco-friendly in the sense of avoiding excessive changes of towels, still it was a pleasant blast from the past having fresh towels daily even though we kept telling them it was not necessary, that we could use same towels for a few days without a change. They didn't listen, but still nice to have fresh towels daily. The owner loves to lecture on not asking for toilet paper if not necessary even as I am asking for more because we were running out. I can imagine public stealing TP yet I was staying 5 days, I shouldn't have to listen to such a lecture. The motel is in a good location near amenities, restaurants & entertainment. Easy to get in & out. Price economical. I recommend it. 5 stars.

Can’t understand the previous reviews. Sooo dirty and moldy. Bed was comfortable. Stains in walls and bathroom. Yukky. Gross.
