Rooms were spotless, staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Amenities were great… coffee, tea and hot chocolate in lobby 24 hours a day. Lobby was decorated for Christmas and the holiday season… made for a very festive stay. Breakfast was awesome too!!!

My family enjoyed breakfast bar. Hot chocolate was a such a treat for my girl. We slept well bed was comfortable. It was clean but they could use some TLC with their pool area such as cleaning floor, keeping up with towels. My girls loved staying pool area though. Everythig shopping, restaurants are close. We absolutely recommend anyone to stay there!

Put us in a room where you hear the elevator go up & down all night. They had a worker Working on the elevator on a Saturday morning at 7 am banging and drilling until 3:30 - 4 pm. Had children playing hockey & football in the hallway. Children running up $ down the stairs and hallway . After talking a 5 hour drive there I could not take nap. Told front desk and nothing was done but offered a cheaper rate but they couldn’t do it because it was. 3 party reservation. I deserve a cheaper rate.. if the front desk agreed but they couldn’t. I will never stay at this place again.
