The room and property was as expected for the price of about $78 per night, off-season. Water pressure was good; shower, sink, and toilet worked well. Was a bit musty inside, windows remain from the old days: thin and not locked securely. Owner and staff were pleasant.

Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Front staff were great! Very friendly and offered help often asked how we were doing and any needs. No breakfast but all was good. A very pleasant stay

Older property. It’s off season so room had musty smell. They cleaned up everyday sprayed air freshener and all was cool. Best rates on the Cape for that weekend.

The proximity to Hyanis without exorbitant cost. From the outside it looks wornout,but the room was large with m8crowave and fridge. It is only a plzce to sleep while being out and about

Nice staff, could use some work.

The staff was friendly, and the room was pretty large, and accommodated my group of 2 adults and 3 kids. The room was also clean and the staff brought extra linens for the pull out bed. The low ratings were more due to the state of the room itself. The door to the bathroom had loose hardware and did not close securely. The entry way door was off center and there were light gaps. What's worse, there was a smoking bucket just outside our room and the neighboring tenant smoked often and smoke made it through the entry way gaps. The beds were good, but the couch and pull out bed were old and quite saggy. The parking spaces were very narrow and insufficient, so we had to park far from our room on most occasions. Finally the pool did not look ready to be swam in or sat around. All in all, the stay was serviceable, but I would not repeat. Hopefully ownership is working to improve things, it did seem like they were actively working on some areas, but in it's current state, the inn can use many improvements.

Unfortunately, the images online didn’t depict this property accurately. When we arrived, we found the property in transition from one owner to the next. The pool was closed, the room’s ceiling was partially broken, the bathroom door looked like someone had thrown coffee at the back of it, the toilet broke the first night, the place and room didn’t really match the images from the online ones. My wife and I were not feeling well after one night. We left after only one night of our 4 night stay. We regret booking this place as we lost our money when we left early.
