I didn’t like how the hotel receptionist would use fowl language in front of costumers and the rooms didn’t have working lights when we got here

There was no staff at the front desk. There was a number to call, which rang the front desk and of course no one answered.

No one to check us in. Had to call and wait 30 minutes for help. Breakfast was a joke, old cereal was it. Bottom of pool was was filthy dirty. Hot tub water was warm one day and cold the next.

It was a last minute booking but very well worth it! Clean and quiet. Staff very polite and friendly. Continental Breakfast only reason why I knocked one star off but it still was a great experience.
