Très mauvaise expérience
Publié le 21 oct. 2022 sur HotelsOn nous a donné un chambre indigne, la 101 , pas du tout comme le reste de l'hôtel, sous prétexte que l on avait payé moins cher en réservant avec l application Hôtels.com !!! Nous nous sommes plaints et on nous l a explicitement dit !!!
Incroyable. Chambre détériorée, revêtement de sol qui se décolle dans la salle de bain, face à l escalier que tout le monde prend et qui reste allumé toute la nuit...Et que dire du bruit de la centrale de chauffage attenant !!!

Thank you for taking the time to send us feedback. We're so sorry you were disappointed with your accommodations. You stayed in our only single queen bed room. We did offer to move you for an additional 15 but that offer was declined. We do not have a central heating system at our facility so not sure what you were hearing. Also, our bathrooms have tile and there is nothing peeling up in regards to the flooring. If you have pictures, please send them to us so that we may address any issues.

Thank you so much for staying with us! Westport has a wonderful Pirate Daze festival June 28th-30th that is great fun and lots of people and activities. Also, the 4th of July, art festival Aug 17th and 18th, or the seafood festival and corvette show August 31st are great fun!

Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Didn’t really have any encounter with the staff because our checked in/out was contactless which is great. The location is superb. It’s walkable to shops, dining, trail and the beach. We enjoyed our stay even though it was raining most of that long weekend. Just one thing, we paid extra $ 55.90 (2 nights) for a small dog, it’s too much.
