Personnel agréable, installations en bon état. L apiscine était propre et chaude. Stationnement directement devant la chambre.

We used this motel last year and this year for an annual pool tournament we play in. We had a great experience last year, but the staff this year was less than desirable. When I asked for a late checkout I was rudely told just told me “No”. She then said she could allow an extra hour. I understand if it is not possible, but there are much nicer ways to say it rather than be rude. Then, after we left the hotel called to ask if we had taken one of their pillows and were told we would get charged if we did. Why would we steal a pillow? Maybe your staff should make sure each room actually had 4 pillows instead of 3 before you start accusing people of theft. I definitely will not recommend staying at Best Western to any of my pool friends next year. Very disappointing customer service.

I am very sorry to hear that you had problems with your stay with us. I am sure we didn't mean for it to seem like we were accusing you of theft. We merely thought it might have be accidently loaded up in your car when you left. I will look into the desk clerk that you thought was rude and coach them how to better communicate with the guests. This hotel is not horrible. The rooms were not super clean, by that I mean the sheets have stains, the bathroom was not clean of hair and there were meds on the floor by the beds. The beds are on the harder side. However at 100 dollars a night it was worth the price. When we checked in that evening we were greeted by the nicest front desk man, he was very accommodating and professional. The next morning the man at the desk was a complete jerk, unprofessional, and was extremely rude to the families with children there for a wrestling tournament. He created an awkward space where people were afraid to eat breakfast because of the way he angrily watched people. It was not a good start to the day!

The heat was hard to regulate. Very comfortable bed- very clean

Great place to stay in Wheatland. The rooms are clean and quiet. The management is very nice and even gives you a great welcome gift (one for my dog too)! Very handy walking area for pets as well. Will stay here again.
