We love the Aava! Our room was a little meh this trip, bed was rather uncomfortable, view was the worst we’ve had. But lovely service, fun pool/hot tub, great location as always. Can’t expect much in Whistler where hotels are concerned, the whole village feels pretty tired and in need of a face lift at this point, so Aava is great, offers excellent value.

Loved how close the hotel was to the village, restaurants and all Whistler has to offer. Bed super comfortable, room very clean. Staff on check in very welcoming and pleasant, believe Grant was the name of our check in staff member, wonderful experience with check in and check out with Grant!. Only complaint, we could hear the people on the floor above us walking and moving around, until 2am.

The hotel was okay with a good location and staff was the same - not overtly friendly but not unpleasant. But we were not terribly impressed as we had requested a room on the top floor but were told upon checkin there were no rooms available. The hotel was not very quiet as we had to listen to lots of noises from doors opening and closing, people in the room above walking on our ceiling and people in adjacent rooms with televisions going until late into the evenings. No breakfast/food was available - either free or for purchase other than a couple of vending machinces although there was one small microwave available to use just off the lobby. Also, their web site refers to "limited parking" but no mention of the $24 per night charge for utilzing it. We likely will not be staying at this property again.

Hotel not directly in the village but a few minute walk. We could see the mountain but driving range, putting green and pool were just outside our window. Hotel room was clean and spacious but bed for us was not that comfortable. Pool and hot tub were great.

The hotel is at a very good spot very convenient just 5 min walk outside of the noisy main strip. The hotel is pack with amenities include hot tubs and gym and outdoor fire place. The room is spacious and the mountain view from the window is majestic!! The staff is whats making the whole stay the best experience, special thanks to Raj who help us to keep our room as we decided to extend our stay for one extra day! We will definitely return in the future to this lovely hotel!
