The female staff member at the front desk during check-in was extremely kind. She explained the overall hotel facilities and recommended nearby attractions. She also answered all our questions and requests very well. This was our family's first time staying here, and both the kids and we had a very satisfying experience. If we visit Whistler again, we will definitely come back here!

We rented 2 x 2 bedroom suites for our daughter's 22nd birthday. They were both clean and quite lovely. The 3 separate balconies and fireplaces made our stay super cozy. The staff was great and very helpful and accommodating. The only thing that could be better were the mattresses on the bunk beds. They might be good for small kids but were not comfy for adults.

We’ve stayed here before and the AC upgrade to the rooms is definitely a bonus. We called ahead to see if we could check in early and were told they would see what they could do. When we arrived the room wasn’t ready but we could use the pool. The front desk person wasn’t overly friendly and when I asked for a time estimate of when the room would be ready he said that our check in time is 4pm. Alright, not checking in early then. Actual check in was with another person and she was friendly and helpful. We enquired about late check out the next day and she listed 2 paid options and I said I needed to confirm with my husband. The room is large, nice bed, clean and the mini kitchen is well-equipped. Pool area, lobby and outdoor seating with ping pong and mini basketball is great for the kids. We especially like that the hotel is pet-friendly. Called in the morning for late checkout and was told our room was being in use later so wasn’t available. The best they could do was an additional 30 minutes. Wouldn’t they know that the day before? We only stayed one night and were frustrated to be given false hope. They also had scheduled water maintenance at 10:30am so there was no hot water for a shower. Not the end of the world but a heads up would’ve been nice. In the end they covered our parking without being prompted and we were on our way. Again, we’ll come back and we do recommend this hotel. Just a couple customer service items to button up for future stays.

Good location, near Blackcomb runs. We saw a bear on the gondola ride up the mountain. We had a 2 bedroom suite. It was not as spacious as I would like. We have stayed here before with the same category rooom but it was much bigger. Not sure how to get the bigger room. I assumed they’d be the same. No option for recycling! 😩

We were not told that there was a problem with the hot water. I mentioned this and asked for the parking fee to be rebated which was done which I am thankful for. The front end staff were very nice and helpful but if you know there is a problem with something as major as no hot water it should have been told and a discount should be automatically added. Other than that it is a nice hotel with great staff🙂
