The hotel was great. I arrived at 215 and asked for early checkin but was told no rooms available. When arrived in room--kitchen floor full of water. Next day breakfast was posted to be until 10--arrived at 930 and denied any service so my child and i had to go buy our breakfast out of hotel--they should of specified 930 rather than 10. Was not happy about that. Front desk staff were very friendly though

Good from a far but...

The hotel was nice. Front desk was ok. They asked where I preferred my room to be but I didn't know so they put me in a room that was dirty and I could here people talking 24/7. There was dark human hair all over the floors. They clearly didn't vacuum it properly.

Nice suite with living room and 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and full kitchen incl dishwasher. However, our stay was 4 days and on the 2nd day was our housekeeping day. When they came by at 11:30, I let them know that we were leaving in an hour and would be back late.l was told that they would be back to clean the room. When i got back at 10:30 pm the room had not been cleaned. I went to the front desk in the morning and told them. They said they would send somebody right up. 40 minutes later I still was waiting so I called the desk again and ended up going to get our towels and coffee. No a/c in the hallway, elevator and laundry. Only 2 out of 3 machines worked.

Upon check in, the date of stay was booked for the following day and we were required to pay for another full night for the evening I wanted in the first place. When I tried to cancel the wrong date, they said I was past the 24hr mark (I was at the 23hrmark) and to call Expedia directly. They took 72hrs to process my request for a refund and declined it. Would never use this site again

Wifi, breakfast, staff were exceptional. The bed was very lumpy and clearly old, the pull-out bed for my daughter was almost un-sleepably thin, lumpy and old. The mattress was disgusting and I had to order several comforters just to pad it enough for it to be manageable.

Property was clean, my room was nice and I loved being able to sit and have breakfast in the morning. Would not hesitate to stay their again, it was so convenient to be able to attend a Lacrosse Tournament.

Great Stay

The facilities are in good condition. Our room had trouble with the doors closing. Main bed is comfortable. Pull out mattress is not comfortable. Kitchenette is a good size. Pool and whirlpool spa is great. Continental breakfast is fantastic. We have stayed twice over the past two months and plan on staying again in the future.
