This hotel was located in such a great area in downtown Whitefish .. it was walkable to all the shops and restaurants. The hotel was very clean and had a very comfortable lobby. We enjoyed the hot tub on the roof and the fire pits overlooking the city.

I was provided a not so great room on the fullest floor right next to the door that opens to the hall for room entry. Very loud for hours as guests came in / out the door. The TV did not work and there was a left over half jug of water that was not cleaned. The positives are the location, the walkability, easy and convenient parking and staff. Shannon at the Front Desk was amazingly helpful by switching time to another room away from an entry door, with working TV and cleaner. Bathrooms are also spacious and comfortable- however the lightning in them is not great. Based on location and very helpful staff, I recommend.

Really pretty hotel inside the reception area and very cozy area with fireplace in bar area. The gentleman at the reception was extremely kind and very accommodating.the room was nice with modern features with a very comfortable bed, the only complaint was the view was out the corner back parking lot against another wall

We paid a lot of money for a room for three nights. We had to be moved because the first room smelled like trash. Front desk was very indifferent to their guest. Never acknowledged us either coming or going. Bartender was completely weird with customers, like they were bothering her. Upside was location of hotel, but we paid for that for sure with price to stay there. Wouldn't recommend it.

Good clean rooms, a bit loud with road noise but otherwise comfortable. Bedding was excellent and the shower/bathroom was roomy. Overall very much enjoyed the location and amenities.

Great location, new and welcoming! There are no EV chargers here, though. It is their sister hotels that have Tesla destination chargers. Nice that we could walk a block to downtown and enjoy whitefish!
