If you are after a great value 3 bedroom apartment for a family getaway, Poinciana Lodge 004 ticks all the boxes!


The apartment is on the ground floor and has a grass area out the front where it's not uncommon to see the local wallabies mingling on the lawn!


The apartment is perfectly located in between the beach and marina and you can walk to either. You will also have the golf buggy to explore the Island!


Tastefully furnished, the apartment also offers stunning views out to Whitsunday Island and there is a beautiful complex pool. This is a one of a kind apartment perfect for the family holiday!

Hot water was luke warm

Hot water in the kitchen was hot but the hot water taps in both showers and the bath was not hot at all and that was little disappointing.

Tired and Broken

This property is in a great location with lovely view's and large and thats where it ends.When we got to the apartment it smelt like cooking oil and was dirty. The unit is for sale and tired. It needs a total revamp.The back sliding doors do not lock. Saftey hazard.The ensuite had a temporary hot water heater on the ground, WH and S issue. There was a damp smell in the main bathroom and ensuite. We used a pillow from a drawer in the WIR and through the night woke with cockroaches in our bed. There is mould in the shower.The main bed needs to be replaced.To the Managers credit, he helped fix as many issues as he could while we were there, but some things need more time and attention.Please make sure you check with the property Manager if all of these issues are fixed before you book or arrive.We love Hamilton Island and have stayed in many places, this is so disappointing as Poinciana is a nice block of apartments.

Great holiday with a couple of hiccups with apartment.

Great central location on island but apartment was a little tired and dated, could do with a really good clean. We were told the apartment was ready when we arrived but after going in there were sheets laying over all beds and couch. Guy that lived in apartment above came down and asked us to move the bbq out from its intended place of use onto the lawn as he was annoyed that the smell when we cooked was wafting up to him. When we didn’t move it he came again and abused us. But all that said we still enjoyed our stay.
