This Hotel is awesome to stay at very quiet and clean. Staff is very friendly.

The towels were very small. A small adult had trouble getting dry. The room was to be able to handle 4 people and there were only two towels in the room. The funiture was clean but very worn. The drapes didn't work The elevator said only 2 people at a time. The breakfast was a joke but not a nice one. They had luke warm coffee and no tea. The pancake maker was either out of batter or set so small that it made pancakes that were half dollar size. You could have pancakes or cold cereal. When I mentioned the issues to the front desk, "that isn't my job" The people working check in didn't seem to much care and one young man was very hard to understand. I asked for a second room key and was told I'd have to come back later and see if they had any extras. I asked for a receipt and he had no idea how to do it and didn't want to try

Restroom does not work, advertised complimentary breakfast - they had some apples, a little cereal and a pancake maker that made 2 pancakes slightly larger than a 50 cent piece, with no syrup or butter. Coffee was terrible. Had first floor room, windows were not locked, desk chair was broken, plugs on lamps did not work for charging phone. Areas of walls were crumbling. No one at front desk, had to yell to get someone to come to desk. Paid for 2 nights, didn't even stay the second night
