The hotel wasn't terrible and the staff was very friendly and accommodating for us and our old dog who is sick and having some troubles during our trip. I just don't understand how this hotel got a 9 out of 10. Though the cleaning staff seemed thorough, the walls were cracking and there was mould behind loose tiles in the bathroom and lots of things didn't seem to be working right. There were also some shady dudes hanging around outside late at night smoking weed and carrying around a gas can for some reason. Maybe totally innocent, but just made us feel a bit uneasy which you don't want when trying to get a good night's sleep.

The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was efficient and friendly. The only complaint I have is the equipment in the fitness room. Both treadmills were not working. 😟
