The room smelled horrible, it wasn’t cleaned very well, the whole upstairs hallways had no circulation (very hot and humid). Breakfast was terrible. The so called sausage patties were still frozen, they didn’t keep anything stocked. Much not to choose from. For that price it should have been way better.

Low rating was a surprise.

This property was rated only as Good, but during my stay it felt much better than that. The hotel had a fresh coat of paint, the room was free of any musty smell, and everything was very clean and pleasant. The breakfast was not particularly impressive, but it’s fairly typical for this type of property. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and would rate it closer to Very Good based on my experience.

The day before my reservation, I received an email inviting me to check in early by uploading a photo of my driver’s license, entering my credit card details, and submitting my car information—which I did. Naturally, I assumed that when I arrived, everything would be squared away, and they'd simply hand me the key. Instead, I was asked to present my license again for scanning, re-run my credit card, and manually fill out the same car information I’d already provided. Essentially, I had to check in twice. A complete waste of my time.
