Mediocre hotel. Receptionist does not do her job properly, extremely rude, unhelpful, poor communication abilities (seems intentional), tells us false information, as she contradicts herself. She went so low to tell us that we’ll need to deal with very loud noise in the room next door and even worst offered no resolution. Appalling it was only her onsite ( she claimed this), so we had no one else to talk to, we had no choice but to leave and not stay ( check out on same arrival day) as we were poorly treated and didn’t feel safe

First the room had no cable tv connection, no cable wire, telephone was not connected because also missing cable. Kettle to heat water was evaporating water of not shutting off automaticly. There is no night table in the room also no clothes cabinet, no safe for valuables. Bathroom pools water from the shower outwards on the bathroom floor. Faucet was clogged. Maintenance was requested to check but never came to resolve the problems. Frontdesk tried to help but could not do more My advice to other travellers do not pick this hotel for your stay you'll be dissatisfied.

got a groundfloor room with tv cable not working, at least put a nice dinner 7pm till 10 pm at the main restauarant, casino closed on the 31st, no parking available for room guest, pool closed for hotel guest to celebrate new year at the pool. the hotel can at least put a snack truck near by to get food later.

The room was very simple, it had no closet, phone or night tables. There was a lot of noise as well, despite of the law of being fined if you make too much noise. They offer an airport pick up service but they do not specify that it has an additional cost. I thought it was some kind of shuttle and that it was included with my reservation.
