The staff was the best part of our stay there. Everyone had a smile and went out there way to be helpful. SOFIA at the main bar was a doll and a pleasure to talk to. The resort however, the food was subpar. The restaurants were closed or closed with no notice. Tho ones that were open, the food was horrible

There was mold in our room. The toilet never stopped running. You actually have to put your card in the wall to make your lights work overall it was just really dirty. Someone got cut by the pool and they left all the blood there. They never replenish the coffee in our room.

The staff are SUPER friendly and welcoming! The food has good seasoning I really liked it. The only thing I didn’t like was that the resort says it has multiple restaurants but only one was open throughout our stay. Other than that the hotel was super clean and pleasant. PS: there’s no 24/7 open bar, last one open is until midnight.

I booked an ocean front room and when I arrived at the resort I was told that room is not available due to a “system glitch”. So I waited hours for another room and was given a double bed room with no ocean view and the AC did not work. I saw another couple there complaining about how the AC does not work also. The food there is sub-par and drinks were barely ok. I only stayed one night and demanded a refund and went somewhere else to stay.
The beds were not comfortable.

There are very few restaurants available to eat every night. And the food was horrible. But on top of all that, the worst thing was the service. Everybody had a frown on their face and looked like they didn’t want to be there. I would never book this hotel again.

Property and staff were both outstanding!! Room was always cleaned up and fridge was always restocked. Close by to everything. We rented a car and parking wasn’t an issue either in town or at the resort.

The room didn’t have air conditioning. Then when I when to front desk, they had an attitude and told me don’t you have a fan. It was 89 degrees outside. The room was old and it wasn’t a suite. We were moved to zoetry. Then I spoke to other guest and they didn’t have air conditioning either.
