Super well located. Amazing rooftop setup. The staff was all very friendly.

Le personnel a été très gentil, serviable et amical. Le bar-restaurant et la piscine sur le toit étaient supers avec une ambiance unique, malgré que les heures d’ouverture n’étaient pas toujours pratiques. La chambre a été très confortable. La construction ne semble pas être entièrement complétée mais nous avons remarqué un petit manque de soucis aux détails de la finition.

A great option for Punda
Publié le 21 févr. 2024 sur HotelsIt's a delightful addition to Willemstad hotel options. Casada, the rooftop bar, offers great water and sunset views. The room was well-appointed. The bed is soft, as fyi. You're in the heart of Punda and can walk to lots of restaurants and local events, including Punda Nights, which happens every Thursday. If you're looking for a city hotel with a vibrant energy, this is your hotel!

Loved to stay here! Staff is so friendly, the rooms were extremely clean and the rooftop view is incredible. I would stay at this place many other times if I could! I’ll come back for sure.

Excellent experience at this hotel. Room was very clean and we were well looked after during our stay. The complex is still under construction but there is little noise or inconvenience for guests. Once it is finished (hopefully during 2024) this will be wonderful with at least four restaurants/bars and supporting shops. The hotel rooms are on two floors and we had one with a balcony which afforded a great view of the sea and fireworks (Thursday nights). Their rooftop bar/restaurant (Cascada) was a lovely vibe for the evenings. Their rooftop infinity pool is open to hotel guests every afternoon. Sweet Sin on the ground floor offered lovely breakfasts (and lunches and dinners!). Great location in the Punda, close to the Curacao sign and the rest of the Punda nightlife. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend this property. When we arrived, it took me about 45 minutes to go through the checkin process. Instead of giving you a key, which I asked for they would rather escort you. But with one person working at the desk they would rather check each person in as they come. The room and hallway smelled like moth balls which was then scented on my clothing in the suitcase. When I mentioned this, we were told management was made aware when minutes prior we were told management didn’t arrive. The staff were nice but not helpful one bit.
