The apartment is very basic,but I dont think its fair to expect something more for the price we paid.The air conditioner is working well,there is no hot water in the shower ,but water is warm enough to take a shower, the fridge is working well too.The apartment is big enough, the place is quiet and safe. It is a lot to see in the island ,so if you are on a budget, better to spend extra money on a car rental and drive around. We met one german man,who was renting the other apartment from the same owners next to us and he had no car and told us its OK to take a buss from that location too, but we haven't tried that and would still highly recommend to rent a car so you can visit any beach in the island in 15-30 min drive.The owners are very nice people and we even got invited to join them for Christmas lunch which a was very nice experience.

Worst property I've ever stayed at. Filthy soiled matress. A/c just acted as fan. Cooker not working. Mice droppings. Daipers used as mats and table cloths. Nylon sheets. Terrible acces road. Arrived late at night - left next day - booked into another hotel. Complained to owner and got reply offering refund. Owner now denies recieving complaint, refusing refund. Don't stay here.

We gave the guest everything, the guest asked for, The guest wanted us to give the free stuff in exchange for a good review on Expedia after we denied the guest this, the guest left a bad review and asked for a refund, of the 74 Guest in the past year first time this ever happened. We are very disappointed.
