Well this place needs some TLC. It’s old and run down. My room was above another with tenant slamming the door all day and night long until almost 4 AM. Lots of people coming and going. I didn’t get much sleep.

The room stank so we purchased some incense. The carpet was filthy and clearly not been vacuumed for a long time because when you walked on it bear foot loads of crap stuck to our feet. The door to the balcony was broken so had a broom handle to keep it secure. Then there was the bathroom which was tired and in need of attention. What was also concerning was thier use of blue towels which clearly one cant check for cleanliness unlike white ones. Not good at all!

Motel is situated at the north end of Williams lake and we were lucky to have a room with a balcony overlooking the water. The motel attendant was pleasant and accommodating.

There was nothing about this property that I liked its run down and worn out, the pictures and reviews are misleading at best, they are taking money under false pretences, stay here at your own risk.

That the room was out dated dirty, the toilet paper roll was empty it hadnt been vacuumed the drawers has residue and hair from the last guest and the manager was the rudest human being ive ever met, unaccomodating and the room was worth about $20/night

This property had a beautiful view overlooking a lake and marsh area full of birds and birdsong. Unfortunately the veranda porch area which was all along the front of the building which was where “the view was” was all open and there was no non smoking area. I was surrounded by smokers and had to go inside and close the patio doors frequently to not be nauseous from the cigarette smoke. It basically ruined my enjoyment of the location

Like many other reviews, this property was excellent value. Very outdated rooms, but what you needed was there, like cleanliness, large new fridge, comforable beds, clean updated bathroom features and freindly staff. Ill be back here when visiting family again.

The suite was cozy and clean. There was even a small grassy area for my cats to explore on leash. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, cutlery, dishes, coffee pot toaster and kettle. The bar fridge was surprisingly spacious including an above average freezer. A two burner stove insert was ample for what most would need. The queen bed as a little in the firm side but otherwise totally fine. A stunning view of the lake complete with songbirds and a beautiful sunset. A great little gem right off the highway.
