No 'fridge or microwave in the rooms. They do allow pets, so expect barking.

Beautiful setting, classic lodge setting. E everyone was very friendly. Some minor plumbing problems, overall a wonderful experience

Disappointing. Customer satisfaction not priority.

The Woodland Room was nice because of the private balcony. Needs a little updating and a bit more cleaning around the walls. Room did not have a remote for the TV and when I contacted the front desk their only resolution was to let maintenance know the best day AFTER I checked out. Wasn’t able to watch TV at all. Very disappointing that they didn’t make an effort to get another remote or even offer a discount on my stay or future stays. Honestly say I will not be back.

Our room was dirty, though the bedding and towels were very clean. Someone's trail mix was leftover on the floor. You can hear people walking on the floor above you. Our view was of the patio, which is a very lovely patio, but we had to close the drapes so no one could see into our room, which they could easily do. They have a wheelchair ramp and parking, but there are a lot of stairs to get to the dining room, and stairs just about everywhere else besides getting into the lobby.

Peaceful But Out of Date

Peaceful area but bed was nothing close to queen size bed as we purchased for woodside room. A couple mice droppings were on the floor in the bathroom. Otherwise pretty clean. Couldnt hear tv over loud heater that kept going off and on. Needs serious updating.

We liked the property very much! It was in an absolutely perfect mountainside location and our room had an awesome view of the Cumberland River!! It was a drive up the mountain to get here but very well worth it!

I was extremely disappointed in the room. First, I thought we booked the lodge and ended up with a cabin. It was dirty, the WiFi wasn’t working and apparently the cabins and connected. The person in the adjoining cabin sounded like they were in the room with us. We heard him coughing and snoring all night for two nights. It could have been a really nice experience had the room been clean, the WiFi worked and there was some level of sound proofing between the two cabins.

Hi Darren we are so sorry for your disappointment's. We have been having issues durning these winter months with WIFI, cable and housekeeping being short handed.
