Great for our weekend

My son was playing in a junior golf tournament, and it worked out perfectly for us. Hosts were very accomodating for our requests, and would stay there again.

Nice Place to Stay

We stayed here as part of our 45th wedding anniversary and enjoyed the quiet comfort it offered us. We enjoyed Colonial Williamsburg and golfed both courses at Williamsburg National. Nice grocery store is just a couple miles away making it easy to dine in.

Vacation Gone Awry

Major health issues arose just prior to our trip and changed our plans from an active trip to one where we just wanted to relax. Plus, it was too late to cancel. The listing stated "-55" 4K Smart HDTV with Roku, Disney+, Hulu, etc." which would allow us to watch football and other favorite programs. So, it seemed like all would go well despite the change in our trip plans. We just wanted to relax/reset. Our problems began immediately upon checking in when we saw that the 5 stars for cleanliness were not representative of the state of the condo we entered: the countertops were not wiped down in the kitchen, the dryer had wet towels inside that smelled foul so I rewashed, dried and folded them, there were ant baits in the kitchen window sill and ants present in the kitchen. We kept our food items on the dining room table to avoid ants in our food. These issues were immediately reported to the host. She said the ants would be reported to their pest control, acting as if they weren't aware of ants when it was obvious from the presence of ant baits that they were absolutely aware; regarding the wet towels in dryer, she asked that I fold them, if I was so inclined. The advertised tv was not usable as the remote was missing. Her resolution was to just watch tv in the bedroom or buy a remote to use during our stay and then return it to the store. It was an unacceptable resolution to the problem. Host offered a discount on future stay, we declined.

While I don't feel your review is an accurate representation of the circumstances, we offer our continued apologies for your experience, and we wish there was more we could have done for you during your stay. We did find the remote under the sofa bed, and our pest service has treated for ants. Almost all our guests rave about their stay with us, and although some things are out of our immediate control, we are committed to giving every guest a 5-star experience!

Nice condo

Nice condo, well appointed kitchen and baths, comfortable beds. Kingsmill Resort is a wonderful place to visit, with all the amenities one could ask for. We have stayed in other Kingsmill condos and do want to say that they are not soundproof. While we haven’t had any late night issues, it’s something to be aware of. We had difficulty with the living room TV - missing remote. While the host was prompt in responding to our concern, we were not able to resolve the issue during our stay. We would reserve this condo for future visits to Kingsmill.

Great Spot in Kingsmill!

Stayed with my immediate family while visiting more family who live in Kingsmill. Great to have an option so close so we still felt like we were all together. The condo was very nice and comfortable with great beds. Located right on the golf course, it had a nice patio as well. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Terrific Condo

We really enjoyed this property. The location is great. Good view of the golf course,easy We really enjoy this property.(This is our second stay). The location is perfect. Good view of the golf course easy walk to the resort. Parking is a breeze. The condo is very well equipped. Bedding is first rate as are towels,etc.Would not hesitate to use it again.

Location, Location, Location

Perfect home away from home and as the title states the location is perfect for a historical adventure. Within 20 minutes we were able to explore all the wonderful historic sites that Williamsburg had to offer. Kingsmill itself is also a beautiful location and extremely relaxing. This pet friendly condo is spacious, clean, and our host Jamie & Crystal were very informative and prompt with answering any question we had. Will definitely recommend this properly to anyone who would love to visit Williamsburg.

Wonderful!

This was a great condo, exactly as pictured and with lots of thoughtful touches to make our stay even more comfortable. Neighborhood has easy access to Colonial Williamsburg, with a lovely setting right on the James River. Communication with the owners was prompt and helpful and check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect for our small family (couple + adult son). 10 minutes from Colonial Williamsburg. Owners were very responsive & helpful with great recommendations!
