Williamsburg stay

We came to soak in the Colonial Williamsburg experience. The Kingsmill condo was very convenient and located in a beautiful resort type location. Great value.

Great stay, very well-kept property

This is a really nice property - great location, very well-kept and clean. Property owner was super-responsive to questions/issues. Basic supplies included laundry pods, hotel shampoos/soaps, k-cup pods, etc. We will definitely be booking here again, thank you!

Great Christmas Town Stay at the Kingsmill

I chose this property last minute since the pricing at the Kingsmill resort was way overpriced and I have found that the level of service and amenities at the Kingsmill resort have declined since the COVID pandemic. This property was much better than the photos show and is on the 2nd floor with a nice view of one of the golf courses in building 20. Check in was easy, the property is secured with a cool digital keypad making it painless to get checked in without having to pick up a key ahead of time from the owner. Amenities were nice. Linens were well stocked and there were nice shampoo/soaps in both bathrooms. I worked remotely some during this trip and found the Cox wifi to be great with a speedtest.net speed of 560Mbps down/15Mbps up. Contacted the owner twice for routine communication and found her to be prompt and professional. The unit was clean, as advertised and in my opinion, better than the units I have stayed in previously directly through Kingsmill. When we come back here again for Christmastown next year, will definitely consider this property again if available as it was convenient and easy to get to and from Busch Gardens. Book It!

We typically rent our condos straight from the Kingsmill resort but our dates weren't available. We were pleasantly surprised that not only was the condo just like the resort's, it was even better! The cleanliness was top notch, there were hotel-like toiletries, everything was just perfect. 10/10 recommend. We will definitely stay again in the future.

No access to Kingsmill resort

The condo is clean and renovated with nice furniture. There is a balcony and a very small swimming pool downstairs. Thats it!! If you want to use any of kingsmill resort amenities like the other pools, game room, waterpark, golf, etc you need to pay extra to just get in...I feel we were scammed. Now they renamed the posting I see but when I booked it, it said kingsmill resort. BTW, Everytime I submit this review and it’s rejected I reduced a star… so if you don’t want to accept it, its getting lower every time!

Hi Zivar, it looks like you reduced the stars to your review because you were having technical difficulties posting which has nothing to do with your stay at our property. This is a VRBO issue which you should have addressed directly with them. Also, the resort restrictions has nothing to do with us since you reserved the condo through us directly and not through the resort. We clearly state on our listing that the condo comes with access to the pool next to the building. Next time, please read all details and ask questions if you have any doubts.
