A classic Vermont experience awaits at this charming and cozy cabin in the woods of Wilmington. In addition to its many comforts and conveniences, this home will also offer complimentary internet soon!

Access snowmobile trails right from the house, drive just a few minutes to Mount Snow, and enjoy the many amenities of the Chimney Hill Clubhouse less than a quarter-mile around the corner.

This two-story cabin makes a picturesque escape in every season, sitting in a quiet woodland setting within Green Mountain National Forest. At the Clubhouse, you'll find indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a fitness room, a game room, tennis/pickleball courts, a playground, ice skating, a barbecue area, a great room with a projection TV, even a kitchen. Close by, you can fish at the community duck pond, hike the Mt. Haystack and Deerfield Ridge Trails (one mile), tee off at Haystack Golf Course (three miles), or ski the slopes of Mount Snow (eight miles).

Whether you choose to get around by car (4WD is strongly recommended in winter; there is no garage but there is outdoor parking for three cars) or The Moover, you'll delight in coming home to this darling cabin. On the main floor, feel free to shed your skis, boots, and coats in the convenient mud room.

Enjoy an open living space that brings together the living room, kitchen, and dining area. It's a wonderful spot to gather for board games, movies streamed on the smart TV, and special meals prepared in the kitchen or outside on the gas grill. Other bonus features include a basement that was completely renovated in 2017-2018 and a private washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs.

The wood-burning fireplace is not for guest use.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
