New Construction townhome close to everything downtown w/transparent pricing

Welcome, I would love to host you during your stay. I have also booked VRBOs when I have traveled out of town and I know exactly what you may be looking for. My place is easy to get to using gps, peaceful, clean, and centrally located. Water, coffee, tea, and a few snacks will always be available no matter what time you arrive. I installed black out curtains so you can sleep in. This listing is for 4 guest in 2 queen bedrooms each w/private baths. I can host up to 5 w/additional fee of $25 for the 5th person. I have a folding twin bed that I can place for the 5th person. You will be walking distance to two hospitals, public transportation and easy access to highways. Centrally located everything is within a quick drive of 2-10 minutes depending on what you would like to do. Many things are walkable. I look forward to hosting you!

ARRIVAL:
You will have the comforts of home. A clean welcoming living room with multple seating options. A kitchen stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, glassware, and condiments. I also thought to include plastic cups and plastic utensils just in case you brought a little person with you or if you are on the go. Please do enjoy the popcorn maker, butter, and salt. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer to help you get your day started. And dont forget your two private master bedrooms with private attached full baths awaits you. Once inside, you can expect to find a clean welcoming bedroom with queen bed, Tv, dresser, and closets. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and lotion. During checkin we can discuss your preferred temperature setting so you are comfortable during your stay. As mentioned this listing is for two queen bedrooms each with a private full bath for a party of 4. Only your party will be in the home. It will not be shared with other people for safety and privacy purposes. Only registered guest are allowed inside the home.

RELAX AND UNWIND:
Acess to the kitchen, living room, half bath, two master bedrooms each w/ private full bath. I only allow bookings for one group at a time. You will not be sharing the house with another group. additional rooms are private and off limits during your stay.

One private parking space is always reserved for you. Additional parking is available on the street. public transportation is in walking distance no more than two blocks away. I may be able to assist you with transportation as my schedule allows for an additional fee or make recommendations. Only registered guest on the booking will be allowed in the home.
Check out is at 11am.
During check out please turn off all lights, TVs, appliances, and electronics.
Absolutely no smoking inside. Covered areas outside are available.

I understand sometimes plans change, please keep me updated if the number in your reservation needs to increase as I may be able to change the reservation and accommodate your group.
