The establishment was very clean, the staff did not do their job and actually provide us hand soap. The bathroom was completely empty of soap.

The staff is amazing and the rooms are great size. However we kept finding long dark hairs throughout the room. I suspect they were housekeeping, but they were still concerning.

Good value

Nice, clean hotel with good service. Located near multiple restaurant options. Standard breakfast options. Proximity to train track was occasionally noisy - but not often. Would stay there again.

Everything is wonderful here. The staff is sweet, the rooms clean and the breakfast is fine. Im never in these hotels for very long, usually a quick overnight stop, but Tru is always clean, quick and easy with comfy beds.

Very nice hotel in a nice, safe area. Even though there are a few things I'd change, I would still stay here the next time I'm in the area. It would be nice if they had a few rooms that were NOT pet friendly for people who have allergies. Thankfully there's no carpeting in the rooms and it was well cleaned so we didn't have any allergies with meds. I would also change the air freshener in the lobby, it is extremely strong and very overwhelming if you're sensitive to scents. Luckily they don't use it in the rooms so it wasn't a problem. The mattress isnt the most comfortable but they are new. Otherwise it was a good option for an overnight stay with a impressive selection for breakfast.
