Bien localisé dans la vieille ville. Bel immeuble. Chambre pas super insonorisée mais les voisins étaient tranquilles.

The only problem was that we could hear the people next door to us through the walls pretty frequently and we could hear them coughing. the walls are pretty thin but it’s understandable with how old the hotel is. It still is very nice and it’s in a great spot for downtown!

This is a solid, comfortable older hotel with an attentive, customer-friendly staff. We have stayed there several times because it is located within easy walking distance of Old Town Winchester with its walking street and many restaurants and shops. The only unfortunate downside to our room, which was otherwise fine, is that the heating system on the very cold night we stayed was very loud and not conducive to a good night's sleep. Although we had the system set to a modest and reasonable 70 degrees F., it turned on often, was loud and did not make for a good night's sleep. In short -- this is a very good hotel, but especially on nights when the outdoor temperature is well above freezing.
