The rare opportunity to rent an Enclave Townhome is here! Stay in one of the most sought-after locations at the base of Windham Mountain. The Enclave Townhome community truly has the best of everything.

Enjoy this gracious 4 bedroom, 4 bath Townhome, just steps from Windham Mountain base lodge and main chair lift! It’s a wonderful place to host large families and groups, with a new first floor, theater seating and game room that will entertain the kids for hours. The warm and welcoming kitchen, cozy living area with wood burning fireplace, balcony with grill, master bedroom with jacuzzi tub, and plenty of sleeping for family and friends, makes this the perfect spot to enjoy Windham Mountain. You even have a Peloton downstairs for those who prefer to burn calories indoors in the privacy of their home.

If you are planning a wedding at Windham Mountain (congrats!), this is the ideal spot for family and wedding party friends. You can see the reception space from the back door and literally have a 1 minute walk to the base lodge.

This townhome is the ideal mix of privacy and community activity, with access year-round to the complex’s outdoor pool, hot tubs, fire pit, fitness room and common areas in main building! During the winter, the patio and pool area fill up with families and fun, a great space to enjoy après ski. During the fall, the foliage is just steps from your backdoor. And the summer months bring the quiet, mountain views that are breathtaking and relaxing.

Be as active or as relaxed as you want in this cozy townhome. You are steps away from the base of Windham Mountain and a 2-minute drive from the main street of town. Come and enjoy all that Windham has to offer! You will want to keep coming back....we promise. :-)

(Please note: the garage space will not be available to renters. Sorry! But there is plenty of free, outdoor parking in the driveway space and additional parking in the visitor lot outside the main Enclave building.)

Perfect location and set-up for two families

We booked this property for two nights over New Year's 2023/24. The condo sits right at the bottom of the resort and provides easy access to the slopes and the pool/hot tub area was right outside the back door. The main living area was perfect for everyone to gather and there was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the eight of us. Would highly recommend!
