Place was very noisy banging doors day and night some one playing a guitar in room at night time 10pm people taking very load

Unfortunately our stay wasn't great. OYO Central office moved us to another OYO guesthouse, but didn't bother telling us or Hotels.com. It was an absolute headache for the guesthouse owner of Vale Lodge to sort out. OYO Central office were rude to both us and the guesthouse owner and even tried to insist we pay again and try and get a refund off Hotels.com! The guesthouse owner was friendly and helpful and Hotels.com did a great job of sorting out the mess. The place wasn't the cleanest however which is concerning during the current pandemic and I wouldn't stay with an OYO chain again because of their appalling customer service. The guesthouse is about a 15/20 minute walk to the main town so a good location for most attractions.

Free parking and was within walking distance to good eating as well as a convenience store

Room was small but clean and suited our needs as we just needed a bed for the night and off street parking.
