The TV didn't work, The AC controls did not work - had to turn it off completely, Coffee Pot did not have thing to put the coffee in, Telephone did not work, No bucket to put ice in - A very poor excuse for a LaQuinta Hotel. We have always stayed in LaQuintas - but will think twice about it next time. - Definitely will not stay in the one in Winnie, TX again,.

This was one of the dirtiest properties that I've ever stayed in. There's no way that this room had been cleaned up after the previous occupants.

Very unprofessional

The unprofessional part you do not speak to minors about credit card information or ask them for the credit card accusing we didn't pay when clearly had 2 forms of receipts. YOU DO NOT TALK TO KIDS THAT WAY FOR ONE AND DONT CAME AT MY KIDS ACCUSING
