The front desk receptionist was rude. The walls are thin, so you can hear the other guests clearly. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable. Thank goodness we only stayed 1 night. The room was way overpriced for what you get. I gave two stars for the free water, and the hot chocolate was good.

Lovely stay for Winter Park. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Good staff. Very helpful. Parking is onsite. Food and other amenities are within walking distance. AC in the rooms.
