I like that it's not overly crowded, they don't serve alcohol so there aren't the problems that they have at the larger water parks. Much more family friendly with the two different pools

Great affordable hotel option for families with littles. No breakfast or bar so bring supplies. Expect loud Saturday nights and crowded pool areas (typical WI Dells tourist weekend stuff). Otherwise a nice basic hotel to stay.

We got a Jacuzzi suite and it was so clean and comfortable. We felt relaxed all weekend and already are planning our next weekend back.

Hotel was dated but clean. Kids loved the pool area as well as the splash pad type area. Decent hotel for weekend stay!

The running in the hall ways was horrible and people scream in the hallways was horrible!!

Hotel is very dated, but it was very clean. Would not recommend if you want a good night sleep. People running down the halls, slamming doors, yelling at all hours and the front desk staff could have cared less.

I wish there was a small at least breakfast cereals or breakfast option but there is a ton of walkable restaurants so that was ok.

Good for staying with family and small kids.

It was a good winter trip at this hotel specially indoor pool for little kids. Hotel service and cleanliness was good. Only need to improve is heater system, better pillows, soap, conditioner, and lotion to be provided.
