Presidential suite was very nice-- two full bathrooms and bedrooms and the kitchen was updated and stocked. great space for family gathering. beds very comfortable. indoor water park was perfect size for our 2 and 4 year old grandchildren. would stay there again.

BEDBUGS! Dont stay here‼️‼️‼️

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They have BEDBUGS‼️‼️‼️ My family and I booked two rooms for the weekend so we could celebrate my daughter’s birthday and it turned into the most uncomfortable and grossest trip. Day one my husband woke up with bites all over and we assumed it was a spider because no one else was bitten. But we were all strangely itchy tho! Day two I woke up itchy and as soon as I sat up, I saw a big crawling all over my pillow. I immediately recorded it and confirmed that it was indeed a bedbug! I now have bites all over my face! It’s disgusting and unacceptable that they’re not checking and/or properly cleaning these rooms!

The only thing that I noticed was that the windows had no screens and my husband likes the window open and we had our dog with us

The room was very nice and comfortable. Looked recently renovated. Off season so pretty quiet. Only one small disadvantage beening that website said pools(plural) would be open on Friday and Saturdays, but only kids pool area and hot tub were open.

It is very apparent that the marketing of this property is not up to date. The property has broken windows, doors with holes where the door handle and keycard readers are that are absent, carpet pulling up from floor where we tripped numerous times. Key cards constantly failing to have to get new ones, the hallways, stairwells did not look like they were vaccumed for weeks. Externally there was trash, parking lot was potholed, etc. It was absolutely notrosish. If would could have moved to another hotel that was less than an hour away from our event we would have. The hotel listing on 3rd party sites as well as there own is beyond false in both what the property looks like, let alone the ammentities. Will be escalating the experience and disgrace of the property. There were two fights each night on our floor and excessive marijuana use, to the point my teenage daughter would not sleep the second night. We went out and bought bedding to sleep over what was on the beds. The WORST experience!

Could be great if it was clean

The halls really smelled of pot and they tried covering it up with Fabuloso and it didn't work. Many of the reviews are right, the rooms are not very clean. The only thing that really bothered me was the floor being as dirty as it was. I was seriously considering going to Walmart and buying a mop and bucket and clean it myself but we were only there for two days. The beds were clean at least. It was weird because you could tell the rooms were recently renovated, you would think they would want to keep them clean. The waterpark was nice. It was surprising how large it is because the pictures dont really show all that is available in the waterpark. We were there for my daughter's birthday and she really did enjoy the waterpark. This hotel could be great if they just kept it clean. Thats so frustrating!

The staff was super generous when first checking in all had smiles and very nice!! I enjoyed my stay here and will definetely go back again.

Terrible

The hotel smelled like marijuana, and was unclean. There was a dirty coffee cup in the room and opened soaps. The halls were covered in salt from the outdoors, and the waterpark was dirty. I would not recommend. When we spoke to the hotel staff on check in, the rooms were not ready. We voiced complaints on checkout and were blown off. It’s cheap for a reason.
