Futon in second living area can be used to sleep a 7th person but please bring all bedding and linen.Fully equipped open plan kitchen.Amenities include washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.Split system heating and cooling throughout.All linen and towels supplied.High speed wifi.Single garage for vehicle.Pets permitted in the large secure backyard and laundry and kitchen areas.
