Sheet were dirty, pool was closed, mirror came off the wall

Entrance was unfriendly. No one at counter to greet us. Had to call them after 5 minutes to help us get checked in. Room was very cold when entering. Looked old and dingy. Parking lot was dark and no signage or bad signage from street entrances

Our staff sometimes has to deal with other guest and may be away from the desk for an extended period of time as we have a button to page them and instantly notify them that a guest has arrived or needs assistance. We are making updates to the property to ensure a better experience.

Door to room didnt work. I had to stand in the lobby for 20 minutes while they tried to get the door open. Finally tgey gave me a different room. I asked them as soon as there was a probkem...and they said...sorry, no other rooms available. Poor service.

We did understand the hotel was in the middle of a renovation. However our room was very dusty- and I am not talking about a little dust! The low watt light bulbs was a hardship as you could not read or apply makeup furthermore the low lights in bathroom would make it impossible to clean properly. Again, understand in the middle of a renovation- but should consider these comments. Thank you

The stay was fine. Side table lamp shade looked like had been in a fight. Bed pillows were very small. Shower mat got slippery when wet. Dangerous situation in a handicap room.

Horrible.

I booked this on hotels.com a few months ago. We got there and not only did they say we didn’t have a reservation ( I showed them my confirmation for hotels.com) but they said they were sold out and didn’t give us a room. And were nonchalant. “Oh well sorry” they said they have lots of problems with hotels.com
