Great property, great location and great landscape but my room was over charged as it looked like a « small motel room ». When going to my room, I had to go through a balcony offering full view… on the room next door. I saw my neighbor, naked going out his shower. He was surprised as much as I was. I heard him having calls, as the wall separating the 2 rooms is super thin. Last but not least, the snobbery and arrogance of the two ladies at the front desk (check in and check out) is totally unnecessary considering the category of the hotel and the level of service (no breakfast).

Beautiful well-appointed room with big windows that made you feel like you were surrounded by nature. The room was spotless as was the bathroom. The balcony offered a view towards the small waterfall with comfortable seating for two. The staff in the reception area were warm and welcoming. The free coffee, espresso drinks, tea and snacks were an added bonus. You are steps away from Tinker Street with multiple dining options in walking distance. I highly recommend Silvia, Good Night and Garden Eats(vegan). I would have loved a way to make tea or coffee without leaving my room, but the coffee in the lobby was superb.

Didn't like that there was no daily housekeeping considering the price of the room. A/C didn't work and wasn't fixed during our stay. However, the staff was very accommodating and the location is outstanding.

This is a beautiful high-end property in the heart of Woodstock. Rooms are immaculate and well-appointed—featuring great beds and heated floors in the bathrooms, as well as a gorgeously decorated interior. The price point is high for the area - especially at peak times. Great stay - we are in the area often and would stay every time if cost wasn't a factor.

We usually book an Airbnb when traveling upstate, but we opted for convenience this time around. This is truly a hidden gem. It is right off the main street but secluded enough to feel like you’re deep in the woods. The staff was welcoming and accommodating and the property was maintained. Kid and pet friendly are a plus too! Only thing, we didn’t know we had to request for someone to set up the pull out bed, so when we went to do it there were left over crumbs and wrappers. The mattress itself looked clean, but it just turned me off. 4 of us slept in one bed. Despite that, I would definitely stay there again!
