I was very disappointed with this hotel. I have stayed in Hilton in the past and was happy. The rooms were outdated and dirty. I had to get Lysol wipes and clean the room myself.

Called ahead to hopefully check in early. Told it was first come first serve but don’t come before 2pm. Walked into the lobby a little before 2 & they were already checking 3 different people in. Checked in, went to our room to change for the pool. Head there to be told we can’t use the pool because it was just shocked & that the hot tub is out of service, completely. Pay for parking & breakfast which we were told were included, at time of booking. $500 a night & the amenities were unusable & everything else costs extra. Not very happy, at all! 😡

I had no heat because my thermostat didn’t work. My TV didn’t work. It was very frustrating

This was a convenient location however they were no channels but 2 on the tv, tv seemed old called front desk asked to speak to a manager they wouldn’t put me through “there’s nothing they gonna do. For the price is not worth it.

Enjoyed the facilities and the helpfulness of the staff, even when we had travel problems. Everyone bent over backwards to help us.
